Question Import Outlook PST file

Is there a way to import a PST outlook file into Access 2010 or 2013. Or is there a Plug-in needed that can do it.

I'm not sure if you can import PST files directly, but I'm pretty sure you can use Outlook to export the pst file to a .mdb file (checkout Outlook menu File/Import-Export/Export to a file/Access97-2003
