Importing from Word (1 Viewer)

I want to import data from Word docs into Access. Each word doc is created from a template. So each doc has the same layout. I searched this forum and found a way to import data with the bookmark property. This works perfectly when I add the bookmarks after the doc is created.
But when I create a new doc based on the template (the template contains the bookmarks) and I fill in my data at the bookmark spots, the bookmarks disapear.

Is there another way of importing data into Access? Like creating an invisible textbox in Word instead of the bookmarks or somthing like that.. dunno
