I am doing a mass mailing and at the last minute they switched the piece on me. I have a database full of clients names and address and use a report to place the data onto an image of the mailing piece.
My problem is the piece is 14.58 x 8.5 (I copy and paste the design from Acrobat into the report) and those are fixed dimensions and I can't have any marigns because the design runs right to the edge. It seems I can not define my page size exactly because the report wants a margin and a standard paper size.
So how do I have it print that exact size with no margins. Our print vendor will not be using standard paper he will be trimming to size.

Any help in this hour of need will be very very appreciated!

Do you have PDF printer installed? if so, you can print to a PDF file and create custom paper size, or even just use a paper size that is larger than you need.

Hope this helps!

Do you mean Acrobat Distiller?..Yes got it.
I don't think that will work though because to do that I would have to lay it out in a report 1st which I can't because of the custom paper size problem.
I will be checking with my print vendor on option 2 to see if that is possible.
So is it pretty safe to say if I don't stick to a standard paper size I am stuck?
