Inactivity Timeout

Is there a way that i can put in some code on forms, that basically checks the inputs from mouse and keyboard, and the moment that there is no input, a timer is started, and when the timer reaches a set time, it logs out of the system. When there is input from mouse or keyboard the timer should be reset to zero so it can start again when there is no input.

Is this possible?
