Inconsistent file errors

Hi all, i have been having a few inconsistent file issues on my Front End recently.

I have checked all my tables, and they do not seem to be corrupt, All forms and queries work, but i am seeing this error on a daily basis.

Do i need to create a new Front End - Copy all current Forms / Queries etc to the new front end. Would this solve the issue ?

If i do this - i am not sure what to do with my tables of which some are linked into SQL - Can i copy the links straight into another database - or do i need to link all these up again ?

I have links into 8 different table sources in the linked table manager.
3 link into SQL Tables.
1 into my back end
2 into excel
1 into a text file
and 1 into sharepoint.

Thanks, interesting read, the issue only started showing a couple of weeks ago, so i was thinking it might be down to a recent update. I will try some of the solutions listed.
