Input and View Data on Form

If I click New Record button on the Switchboard, I want to display the Form with no data. Then click the Add Record to add the record to the table.

If I click Find Record button on the Switchboard, I want to go to a subform, enter the key and have the same Form display the data.

Can I use the same Form?
