input forms and query forms

For an assignment I have to create "1 input form , 1 query form.."from an Access database.

I am a bit confused. Is a query form just a query or is it a form that is based on a query?

What s an input form? Is it just a normal form in Access?

Sounds more like a question for your teacher than the internet. But that won't stop me from taking a guess:

Input Form = Form that allows you to edit/update/delete records from your database

Query Form = Form that let's you search the database to identify records that meet criteria

Yeah know..but my tutor gets annoyed if we ask too many questions. That makes sense though.
