When you add a new column you can select different data types such as text, memo, currency,...

When I pick currency and typ in 12345 in the column and press tab it automatically puts the € sign behind 12345.

What I want is the same technique but instead of € I want to have "ton" behind the numbers.

Does anyone know how to do this?

This is a feature on the currency data type only. You can however have 'ton' appended to the end for display purposes only when ever you need it...
