insert image button in 2007?

I'm trying to add pictures to a form (not in the database, just a graphic on the form).

In 2010 there is an "insert image" button. Is there one in 2007 and if not how would I do that?

There is, on the Design tab of the ribbon in the Controls group is an icon that to my old eyes looks like a tiny picture of a mountain. Hovering over it the title is Image.

I spent quite a while googling it and nothing showed up on this but I was snowed under with references on how to insert images to a database. I saw there was a button in 2010 but couldn't see it in 2007. Because I'm used to excel i didn't expect to find it in the control! Especially that small... i fear the time has come to increase my screen size.
