Inserting Attachment field in the email body

I have an attachment field in my table (jpeg) that I want to insert in email body. Has anyone done this?

Hi. One way to do it is to save the attachment file to the disk first and then attach it to the email.

its either you use outlook automation or go with @theDBguy 's suggestion of saving it to the hard drive first, before attaching it.

How would it be done solely in Outlook automation without saving to disk first?
