I have a form that I use for data entry. On this form I have included a Check box which I would like to use to attach a scanned image into a field.
The general idea is that the user submits a form with a description of his problem, occasionally he will need to scan a page from a manual to highlight his problem. What I want to do is when the user wants to add a scanned image he clicks on the check box. This then calls up the Insert Object dialog box(as the field is designated as an OLE Object field on the Table)allowing him to add the file he wants whether it be .txt, .jpg, .doc, .tif etc etc. Until the check box is checked the Object field remains invisible so that when the form is viewed later it will only display the field if there is data in this field.
Does this make sense????? Is it possible????
