Installing Snapshot Problems

Hi I have a problem that is really getting to me.

I have to install the snapshot viewer on a bunch of computers at work that run either windows 2000 or xp and even after I install the standalone snapshot v10 program from microsoft the computer goes into installer mode and wants the user to insert the microsoft office cd when you either start the viewer first or try to view the file. I have made sure that I associated the file type to this program. We are running office 2000 sp1. I have tried all the patches and those don't work either.

Anyone have any ideas?

Me Too! Does anybody know how to stop the snapshot installer from asking for the Office Cd? I thought the point of snapshot viewer was for people who don't have office to view access reports??!? I have to distribute snapshot viewer to 110 consultants and they don't all have office installed. Perhaps if we could just include the file off the cd that the installer is looking for? Does anyone know what that is?
