Not quite sure what to call this but title fits it best.

I am looking for something I can use to:
  • Demonstrate My programs/Site Etc
  • The User(s) should NOT be able to interact other than though Voice
  • so the users join and can watch and ask questions Say how do I do x&y but nothing more
  • Would be good if I could use it on my site/forums

I've seen a number of programs but to be honest with the costs some are showing I need to make the right choice first time.

if you can recommend something I can use please do thanks mick

I should talk to @Pat Hartman she uses go to meeting and I've used it on occasion with her, and it's very good...

Name the programs you mention... I'm sure I can help...

By the way, when you say lessons, if you mean "lessons" and not promoting your product, then you might be better off doing a video. It is well known that people prefer watching a video, rather than listening to somebody explain something. Watching a Video, you can speed up the video, you can skip bits you know, you can rewind and watch bits you don't get, repeatedly. If recording your screen for educational purposes is the way you would like to go, then have a look at Screencast O Matic

They have a free tier, up to about 15 minutes of recording. If you decide you like it and buy it, its only about £20 per year. It's a wonderful product!

Which ones haven't worked?

I've found almost every free one I've ever tried to be quite sufficient.
Join Me, Zoom and many others but I won't mention them all if they don't work for you

I've used GTM for 15 years. It is a little expensive but the meeting quality and sound is excellent. However, as with many products, it gets worse with time. I loved it originally because it always just worked. Clients who were complete klutzes had no problem installing it. Now, I run into problems way too frequently as they "improve" the product" but I still recommend it due to the sound and video quality. Much better than the "free" options. Remember, if it is "free", YOU are the product so if this is business, use business quality licensed software.

Thanks found a free limited one https://www.screenleap.com/ Which looks promising plus they has a api I can use on my site.

Thanks Just waiting on a replacement headphone/microphone as you guest it dug it out and the thing don't love me anymore :(

Then YOU and your potential clients are the product. Not exactly a professional image.

All my programs are freeware i don't have clients but if I did then I would of course invest in suitable software

Update:-

I suspect, because I am a legacy user, that's the rate I get it for. I'm not sure you would get such a good rate if you are a new subscriber....
