Is Hyperlink Property help required

I am trying to run a report from a hyperlink row, I have got that far, but I want the report to open using the value I click on in its underlying query.

I tried referenceing the form field "case" in the query but that didnt work

Can you tell me a quick and easy way to do this?

In the click event of that control you should have

DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview, , "[Case]=" & Me.Case

If Case is text

DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview, , "[Case]=" & Chr(34) & Me.Case & Chr(34)
