We have an extensive reporting application in Access and would like it to be available through a web application. I've went down the road of migrating this application to SQL to use SQL Reporting Services; this is a good tool but I am wondering if MS Access has an easier solution for me other than migration to SQL.

I'm looking for a solution that will make these reports available over the web for many users. Price tag is a consideration...need to know if there is any.

Please help...thanks in advance for any thoughts!!!!

Not 100 % sure - but from memory you can put access onth e web - but it suffers. and will not be as quick - or as slick- been told that there are better solutuins to this

you might want to chase Bob up on this as i am sure he's answered this better than i possibley could (or check samples-thread for a response)

Hello Vil,

I'm interested in hearing about your scenario. Can you describe in a little more detail what you hope to accomplish? Can you describe your application a little bit? Size, complexity, business need, etc?

In what way would you like Access to help you here? How do you envision your users using this application? How many users?

Thanks,
