Is there any way to possibly to run a macro at the same time each month. I basically need to set up one Macro to run every month say on the fifth or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Access forms have a timer control which will execute after a given time has elasped. So you could check the date in the time event.

But remember the form actually has to be open in order for the timer event to fire. So if someone isn't in the db with the form open on the specified Date and Time the macro will not run.

Look into the following topics in Access Help and in Windows

1. Command Line options - option "-x macroname"

2. Windows Task Scheduler

3. Search this forum for topics such as "Scheduling" - but watch out because that is a multi-valued word. You want the articles that have to do with running an event at time X, not the articles that have to do with databases to track task schedules. So some if the hits on that topic will not be what you want.
