I have - customers – pop – pizza1 – pizza2 and orders
I wish to make a data base that lets names be inputted and the rest combo box options to be picked.
The end result a list of kids and the snack they want.

So far I got the customer table adds names when input in a form but the combos with it don’t link to name
help

It sounds to me like you need a table "Customer"
Where you enter the kids names.
And you also need a table "Snacks"
Where you enter the type of snacks.
The first combo is linked to customer and the second combo can be linked to snacks.

Hey phat al

On the surface this seems easy enough...but
Just a few questions: are pizza1 and pizza2 the same tables? Generally try not to copy the same data over and over.

Is your form(s) for data entry or lookup? An example is you might have to modify your presentation or layout of your form if the kid likes two or more flavours of pop.

Is this to keep track of what kids order or what they had last? If they order the same thing every time that is one thing, but if they order something different that is another.

Not sure where you want to go with this, but take a look at table structure and normalization. These are pretty heavy topics for new people like us, but they may help in understanding why I asked some of the questions.
