I'm new at this. . . I have a form based on a table, the data in the table is all dates (employee training).

I want a graphical indicator I can use on the form (a control?) that will alert users when training is nearing expiration. Ideally, something that looks like an L.E.D., green when OK, yellow when nearing expiration, and red upon expiration.

Is this possible? How? Thanks!
