I seriously doubt we got EVERYONE involved in the planning, but I've heard that the intelligence gathered on the raid to Osama's compound was a true treasure trove that helped to pretty much end the effectiveness of Al-Qaeda. I would bet we got a LOT of the planning personnel.

Not to mention that Hamas has torn up the plumbing infrastructure because when they get a long enough pipe, they can (AND DO!!!!) make short range ballistic missiles. They deny their own people water because the plumbing can be weaponized. Do you not see the virulent evil?
