My names Ross im an Absolute beginner at access so go easy on me
Sorry if ive post this in the wrong section.
I have been using Excel for my business needs and feel its time to get something more usable. I like a challenge and feel that access can do everything that i want. I have sat through numerous Youtube tutorials and get the basics of access.
The Layout of my Database is like this
SuppliersTbl
SuppliersFrm
OrderNumbersTbl
OrdernumbersFrm
StockTbl
StockFrm
WorkSheetTbl
CustomersTbl
CustomersFrm
EmployeeTbl
EmployeeFrm

What i am needing help with as i know ive done it completely wrong is a job pricing structure. Please see below of a mock up i have put together of what im trying to achieve,
Part Number CostEach Qty CostTotal MarkUp Retail Labour Total
5.214X £10 2 £20 35% £27 £35 £62
5.258X £10 2 £20 35% £27 £35 £62
that table with 10 pricing lines.
What is the correct way to achieve this structure on Access ?
Right now i have it like PartNumberLine1, PartNumberLine2 all the way to Line10 and same for Description, CostEach, Qty, CostTotal, MarkUp, Retail etc etc. Its making my tables very large and quite unreadable.
Sorry for the bad example i was going to add screenshots but i need to get my posts up first for the rights.
Thanks In advance for any help on this.
