Hi all 
I'm trying to build a duty roster to get rid of my Excel spreadsheets.
Check the attached file and open the form.
The Query populating the listview doesn't perform the way it should.
What am I doing wrong?
Try selecting TPO or MC on the form, and the query will return "0"s even if there are no records with that label.
Selecting FA (the only query that should actually contain records) and it produces an error
Any help is higly appreciated!
