Can anyone tell me if it is possible to email a report and allow the user to edit the report and print is back.

Best deal: Export a report to Word (with formatting preserved!) and "disconnect" it from MS Access.

Thanks so much

From MS Office 2000, select Tools, Office Links, Publish it with MS Word. You may have to play with the setup a bit, but it does work. If you save it, then you should be able to e-mail it and allow the user to edit it and send it back to you.

Preserve headers?

Thank you. Is there any way to have the headers published in Word RTF as headers??

That would cure cancer for me.

Thanks,

Allen

Hmm. When it creates the report, it creates it as is. If the report is landscape, you may have to make some changes to it. So, the header info is included as part of the report, NOT as a separate header. I don't think you can tell it to do that. You could create the Word document, add a header and then remove the lines from each page. I realize that is extra work, but it should be able to be done that way.
