Keep Form Maximized Question

I have a series of forms. With the following code the forms will open max but when I leave one form for another the state of the form is no longer max.

How can I keep them all in max as i go to and from?

DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Formatting (Form/Report)", acToolbarNo

i had the same problem once.. this is what i do to avoid the problem

set the following propertie to yes

min and maximum button both enabled
auto resize = yes

hope this would help. iam using the same method in all my form...
