Is this possible? How?

Page Setup and Page size may dictate how much you can keep on one page. We're talking reports here right? use the Sorting and Grouping property in design view by clicking on the section bar on the consecutive sections and select "Keep Group Together on One Page" see if that helps. If you're in 2007 or above you see the sorting and grouping for all sections at once at the bottom of your report window.

Cheers!

Hi Goh,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am using groupings. I know how to keep one group together but I need two groups to stick together so that the page doesn't break in the middle. Sorry this wasn't entirely clear...

Is this possible?

I think that you have "New Page" activated for the section.
If this is the case then remove this setting. Now you should have a continuos report.
As far as I know it is not possible to say to Access to start a new page after n sections but, as Goh suggested, you can play with Page Setup, fonts, section height and so on until you obtain the desired result.

Thanks guys.

Ideally, I would like to tell it to start a new page if two groups cannot fit together on a page but I will try making these adjustments and see what I can do.
