I'm not able to download your sample, so I'm not sure how your report is set up, but if you have a group header, go to its properties.

Under the format tab, in Force New Page, choose before Section. This should put each group on a separate page.

Does that work?

I clicked on the LocationID Header, so it became dark grey. Then I selected
Properties (you can right-click to get there.) In Properties, I went to the
Format tab. The first option is Force New Page. I selected "Before
Section."

Hopefully you'll be all set now.
