Label Displaying ID?

I have a strange one. I created qryCustomerLabels. I used the Label Wizard to construct the label report. The query runs fine, all the data is correct. However the rprtCustomerLabels displays a Numerical (ContactID) value as a Prefix to the name? But not on all? See attached jpeg.
Anybody know why?

How Right You Are

Pat the penny has finally dropped!! I added tblTitle, amended the query in SQL View and all is working.
