Labels in header and control in Detail

Hi all,

I know this is a simple thing but I've absolutely forgotten how to do it.

When creating a form and adding new field, how do I have the label in the header and the text box in the Detail?

Having a total brain fart.

One way is to cut the label from the textbox and paste it into the header. Another way is to apply a Tabular layout to the textbox.
