Large amount of queries

Hello All,

I have this database that is getting rather large. And by large I mean lots and lots of queries. I already compact the DB on close, but I was hoping someone could help me condense the number of queries I have to use to get the same information.

Please look at the MTFB queries. Use the date selector and choose dates 7/1-9/30 and 4/1-9/30. Select run query. You can close all but the MECH H36 query. You will need it to run the MTFB's.

Try to explain in few words what you want to do!
It doesn't help to attached a database where most of it is pointing to something outside the database.

I want to try to minimize the amount of the queries under MTFB. My db points to the attached xls file which I why I attached it.
