Last day of month

I need to print warranty labels with a date that is three years after the last day in the current month. I can do the three years OK, but how can I calculate the last day in the current month?
Perhaps go to the 1st day of the next month and deduct 1 day?

Last day of current month:

?dateserial(year(date),month(date)+1,0)

The zero-th day of next month is the last day of this month.
