Learning VBA lesson

Hi

I have been using MS-Access for last few months. Although it is a wonderful application, I found you need to have the knowledge of VBA to extract the full potential of the application. I tried the help file but it seems that it is written for the advanced user & not for beginners like me.

Is there a easy way to learn the fundamentals of VBA Scripts?
