Limit pages to print

Can you limit the pages to print based on if there are records in the subreport portion of the report?

For example... I may have 20 records in my contacts folder. I may have 100 assets but I only want to print the report based on the assets that are checked out.

Have you tried creating a Query from the Assets and Contacts tables that produces just the matching records that have been checked out? Then run the report using the query as its source.

Yes that worked! I should have thought of that. I am not new to Access but there are a lot of things I don't know how to do which is why I post here but I should have known that! Sometimes, you can't see the forest for the trees. ;-)
