I am having some issues with MS Access that I hope someone can help with. I have a report that has some lines/borders in it and when I export the report to MS Word via Access (creates an rtf file) - the lines/borders are not showing. I can create the file to pdf and the lines/borders show up, but the client would like to export to MS Word. Does anyone know how to do this and get the lines/borders to show up?

If you can't widen the width of the lines to get them to show up then you may have to export to .snp or .pdf.

You might want to try Lebans' solution:

I've never tried it myself but it seems to address what you require.

Good luck

I have had to deal with this a couple of times in the past, and as I remember, I think that you can get some lines and things to work, but you are limited pretty much to just horizontal lines. At least that's as much as I could get to work. What I would suggest is to take out all of the lines and borders and get that part working and then add the lines in and see how it works. It seems that you also have to be careful not to have any overlapping controls. Hope that helps.
