Linked Database issues

Hello

I have a DB that is hosted on sharepoint when i open it it opens fine and i have no issues. when i shared this with my collegues it does not open and simply shows the access window (like you hadnt asked it to open anything?)

i've checked permissions to sharepoint and everyone i have tested this with has the same permissions as me (so i cant see that being it).

I've read something about Speed (i.e that the network speed may cause this). i have had the same issue when i have had a split DB and changed or moved it (like access cant find the DB). What should i be looking for? network speed? would it be something to do with the fact that i built it that means it's accessing local info? all the tables are linked and look correct.

is there something i have to do to the sharepoint site?
I'm using Sharepoint 2007 and Access 2013

The Plot Thickens, it appears that my DB is still using local DATA and not the published data on sharepoint (i discovered this by renaming one of the backup data files i had been using previously)

Do i need to Re Create All My Queries or something to use the new tables even though they have been exported correctly?
