Linking Access to Outlook

Hi,

I have linked an Access 2007 Database to Outlook 2007 and it has automatically pulled through a number of fields.

One field it hasn't pulled through that is critical to the databases function is 'Flag Completed Date'. This is because I want to measure the number of hours between 'Received' (Date and time) and this missing field.

Does anyone know how i can pull this through as I have tried everything i can think of?

One thing to note is that Outlook is hosted on an exchange server.

thanks for the reply but i think i haven't been clear about exactly what i want.

I have used Access to import data from Outlook. The data i have imported doesn't include 'Flag Completed Date' which the team are currently using to record when they have completed a task.

I want to know how to import this 'Flag Completed Date' into Access from Outlook which when i use the 'External Data' > More > Outlook Folder it doesn't give me the option to import any other fields other than the standard ones.

Hope I've explained that clearly.
