Linking exsisting tables to different forms

hey,

I combined 3 databases and I now combining alike tables so I will have only a set of each table instead of 3 right now. I added a new field to the forms a combo box but I have been looking around and a lot of people are saying I will have to recreate the forms. I added a combo box so people can use the one form and still look up one particular database information. I hope that makes sense if not repost and I will try to clear things up

I want the combo box to select what data from the old data bases they need. The three databases are railroad companies and the data in one table for example is invoices so someone making invoice or looking for an invoice for one company does not need all three. I added a field to the table specifying which rows were from what database or company.
