I have to admit, I don't know what it's called and haven't built one in years. I remember some of the VB but not all. Let me try to explain what it is...
A form for that lists clients by their last name. You can click a button, the letter "S" for example, to list only those with that last name. I remember it was kinda' lengthy but wasn't sure if this was a VB question or a form question.
