Listbox data not displaying correctly

Hi! I'm hoing you all can give me some help here. I have multiple listboxes on my form. When a user selects data from the listboxes, the choice is highlighted. But, if they move on to a new record, and then go back to the old record, the choices they previously made are no longer highlighted. So, if the user wants to view the data, they can't. Any ideas on why this happens? More importantly, how can I fix it? Can I code something in the OnCurrent event so that it highlights the data chosen?

I would suggest using Combo Boxes instead of List Boxes.
