i need to count specific items in my list box and im having problem doing it..pls help

Item--------PO No
A -----------2000
B ------------100
C -----------2000
D -----------2000
E ------------100

THE OUTPUT SHOULD BE

PO No 2000: 3
PO No 100: 2
