locked myself out... Any ideas????

Hi guys,

When creating a user version of my database I've created resitricted menu bars and changed the startup settings to disallow right click shortcuts etc on my editing version by mistake. Now I cant get the standard menus back.

How Do I reset the menu bars and let me be able to customize them again.. I feel totally locked out...

Any ideas

If you have not disabled the shift key during startup, then simply hold down the shift key on your keyboard while the opening the database. Once you have it open you can make the changes you need to the startup options.
