Long time lurker first time poster

Hi-

I've recently begun a project at my company to capture some Propect & Pipeline information which caused me to take my first foray into Microsoft Access form creation & programming. This site has been an incredible help for almost all of my issues to date.

Now that I've hit my first snag I'll be posting a question and hoping for some specific help.
