Long time user.

Hi,
I have been using Accessworld for sometime and thought I would introduce my self.
I started using Borland database many many years ago and then switched to Access. I have worked in the IT world all my life and are now retired. Looking back I think I started using database because I think I am lazy! why not use Access to run a business to do the simplest tasks such as printing sticky labels out in the correct order, formatting data to upload tracking information to ebay.
Currently writing 3 databases for local charities.

Welcome, Peter! I liked your comment about why you use Access. Every great once in a while, I still come across someone personally in my life who assumes that because I am a technologist, I must be really smart and know a lot of math. I chuckle to explain it is just the opposite....I like that the computer does it all for me! (Especially with the #GL languages most people work with nowadays).
