Look up a value from one table to another

I have database with 2 tables in it, its my sample tables the 1 st table is Projects where i have 3 feilds the first one is serial no and the second one is Project where the data is unique and this is primary field and the third feild is having the project engineers name.

The second table multiple feilds available but the project number feild has been set as primary key, what i need now is when some one enter the project number the project engineer name should appear automatically with out any manual input.

Please help me to done with this job since i am very new to access.

thanks for your hand, but as i mentioned before i am very new to access can you please modify the file which i have attached and give me so that i can know what exactly i have to do.
