Look up Date by matching column number (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have two spreadsheets, and I need to pull patients' visit dates from the second sheet based on the visit number in the first sheet. I've attached an example file and a screenshot below since it's hard to explain.

Essentially, in Sheet 1, I have the variables ID, Visit#, and VisitDate. Visit# is filled out, but VisitDate is missing. In Sheet 2, I have ID, Visit1Date, Visit2Date, Visit3Date, etc. as columns. So, if in Sheet 1, if ID1 says Visit 2, I need to pull the date from the Visit2Date column in sheet 2 for that patient.

I suggest looking at VLookUp to do this.
