Looking for Access Developer

We are looking for an Access Developer for a small business. You must be in the New York City area and willing to come in for an interview. I will check this board every 1-2 days.

Just for interest:
Why does the person has to be in the New York area, because working from home ( by VPN connection for instance) is of course possible, also when it comes to accesssing db-ses and programs (remote desktop)

We'd like to guage the quality of the individual. The database is a fundamental part of our business and we intend to have an ongoing relationship with this person. Our experience hasn't been perfect with developers and so we'd like to meet the person once. I agree that it limits our choices, and all of it can be done remotely, but at the moment I don't know how to do this any other way. If it doesn't work out then I will change the criteria. If you are a developer and interested in work and would like to point me to your web site I will keep it on file.
