Here is the issue:
There is a number of departments
Departments have employees and have a set of roles (ex Facility owner, Fire Safety watcher etc. )
Employees may have some roles assigned to them or may not have any role at all
Every role has a set of training courses to be passed
The set of courses by role may vary depending on department ( the set of courses for Facility owner may differ depending on the department)
Same courses may be present in different roles ( "introduction training" is present in a set of courses for Facility owner and Fire Safety watcher )
Question: What is the dbase structure? How to avoid duplicates in required courses when producing the report?
