I have two queries resulting from two different tables. One query gives me all attendees (to a charitable event) and the other query gives me all donors (may have attended the charitable event or not). What I would like to do is create a query to identify all the attendees that did not make a donation. The reason is obvious - we'll ask them for money. :D

Can you suggest an easy approach? I have a consistent numerical ID for attendees and donors. Thank you in advance. Vic

Copy your query for donations to a new query and rename it. Now in the critieria in the field that shows the donations amount put IsNull.

Alan, Thanks. Then I would join the donations query (with those who have null amounts) to the attendance query, and that would give me all who attended but didn't contribute. Right?

That sounds logical. When you do this, do you get expected results?
