Lost toolbar

I lost my toolbar any idea how to get it back again???

Please advice.

Custom Toolbar? If you have a backup of your database with the Custom Toolbar then you may import it from the backup.

When the database objects are displayed, click on Option and put a check-mark on Menus and Toolbars. Don't select any other object.

What is the situation?

Did you recently upgrade to Access 2007 or 2010?
