Macro - Filter

Hi guys,

I have a macro filter used on a form - toggle buttons.

I have 8 feilds in my form. One of them being 'Allocation'. The form works fine, im using buttons to filter by feilds or data included in the feilds.

I have a number of buttons within an option group which filters the 'Allocation' feild by the data within. At the moment each button filters the allocation feild by 'SA', 'PM', 'New Media' etc etc... This works fine using the ApplyFilter [Allocation]="SA" etc...

But I have records within the Allocation assigned to "SA, PM" (plus other variations) but these do not show up when the button is clicked (as [Allocation]="SA"). Now I've tried the obvious ([Allocation]="SA" or "SA, PM" and [Allocation]="SA" and "SA, PM") but it doesnt work. I also tried using two ApplyFilters on the button (one for =SA, and the other =SA, PM) but also didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas, this is probably really simple but i'm just not seeing it.

Btw I have no more room for additional buttons as its already crowded. Any help is appreciated.

Just to be clear, I would like the 'SA' button to show records where allocation = "SA", "SA, PM", "SA, New Media" etc...

Like "SA*"
that should work...

alternatively use IN

IN ("SA", "SA, PM", "SA, New Media" etc...)
