Macro for pop up message ...

Wonder if anyone can help. I have a macro which imports a spreadsheet as a new table. Unfortunately, if a user unknowingly clicks twice on the macro button, the data from the spreadsheet is imported twice, into the same table – causing duplicate entries. Can anyone advise on how I can set up a pop-up, or some other warning to inform the user that the spreadsheet has been successfully imported, and requires a response from the user in order to continue (eg click OK)?
Many thanks ....... Rollo

What does your question have to do with "Sample Databases"? Your posting belongs in the Marcos section of this forum.

Select MsgBox from the Action item list in the Macro and fill in the appropriate message for the user. Add it after the rest of your code has completed running.

My apologies, ghudson ...... think that it's me that's dazed and confused! Thanks for forwarding.
