When I open an access application it moves very slow then a screen appears and says the following:

Action Failed

Macro Name:
AutoExec
Condition:
True
Action Name:
RunCode
Arguments:
RunSystemTracker ()

Then on the right it shows a button that says "Halt".

I then click on the X to close out the screen and am able to work as usual. Everything runs fine, EXCEPT it runs very slow. Especially when I go to print (this is actually my main problem) when I print the screen appears and says printing to printer lpt1 or something like that, but that screen stays up for about 60 seconds then it finally prints. Also when I click any buttons in the screen it take about 20 seconds for any action to take place.

How can I fix all of this?

Thanks.

Just a guess but it would seem to me that you have an automatic Macro running every time you open access. Look in the Module section or Macro section for code you do not recognize. Or, look under 'Tools\Startup' and see if anything is set to run when you open this.
